The importance of ethics in the work place is what defines the person while performing his/her duties. You may encounter challenges in which your ethical behavior need to be demonstrated, to me, that is the time in which you need establish a standard to operate operate day to day. That is what is sets to be a person apart is how these challenges are approached, by demonstrating honesty, integrity, respect, perseverance and servant leadership, each and every day.
